How do I get my U.S. address?
Create an account. Your personal address with a unique suite number appears in your dashboard right away. Use it as the shipping address when you check out in any U.S. online store.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The price depends on the destination, the shipping method and the billable weight, which is the greater of the package's actual weight and its dimensional weight. Use the postage calculator for an estimate. The final price is confirmed once we've weighed and measured your package.
Can you combine several orders into one shipment?
Yes. Select the packages in your account and request consolidation. We'll repack them into one box, which usually lowers the total shipping cost.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are usually paid by the recipient on delivery. We prepare the customs paperwork for you based on the item values you declare.
Are there items you can't ship?
Yes. Hazardous materials, weapons and certain other goods are restricted by carriers and customs rules. Check the list of prohibited items in our terms, or contact support before you buy.
